During his 11 years in the Electronic Research, Design and Manufacturing industry Nicholas has held Product Development, Product Management, Solution Architecture and R&D Executive positions which have included the management of various technical teams consisting of engineers, draftsmen and developers. He has been exposed to Big Data, Telematics and IoT through his travels to and interactions with partners, suppliers and client in the USA, UK, Europe, Russia and China. Nicholas holds a BSc. and MSc. in Electronic Engineering from the University of Natal and has been a member of the Institute Of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and the South African Institute of Electrical Engineers (SAIEE) since 2003.

Jevon brings with 20 years of experience in various technology sectors. He has lead development teams in IoT sectors and also co founded SA Lantern, a company that developed regulation technology that was used in big 4 accounting firms and listed companies in South Africa. With a passion for technology and innovation, Jevon found his way in blockchain in 2017 where he has been applying his expertise ever since

With 18 years of experience managing enterprise scale systems and teams orientated around online gaming systems and payments, Shaun has amassed considerable experience in the design, implementation, and support of complex solutions. His technical background evolved over time to incorporate the management of larger teams across South Africa, Australia, Poland and the Isle of Man.

Pascale is an investment fund and offshore specialist and is experienced in the areas of investment funds, mergers & acquisitions, corporate matters including corporate governance, and real estate scheme projects. She also has over 7 years of experience of in-house legal and compliance function in management and global business companies including financial institutions. Pascale studied law at Sceaux Faculty of Law and ESCP Europe in Paris, France, and holds a Master II in Law since 2007 (LLM), with specialisation in Securities and Finance.

With qualifications in specialist project management and business management and over 15 years of expertise in organizing and implementing business and project management processes, Michelle's experience has been instrumental in achieving Arrel's goal of connecting businesses to the digital asset multiverse.She leads a dedicated and professional team in driving and ensuring operational excellence in all aspects of the business.

Trained as an Electronic Engineer at UKZN, followed by 9 years experience in design & development of firmware/software for embedded systems, and finally 5 years at Arrel in pure software development. At Arrel, Ian now heads the dev team, but fortunately still gets to spend much of his time writing code.
